Located at Avenida João Cabral de Mello Neto, 850 – Barra da Tijuca, Rio de Janeiro, the CEO – Corporate Executive Offices was inaugurated in 2013, with 150,394.13 m² of built area spread over two corporate towers and two towers with business offices. The CEO project foresees several measures that demonstrate the concern with socio-environmental responsibility, such as the reuse of water from three sources: rainwater, condensation water from the air conditioning of the North and South towers, and water from lavatories. A sewage treatment system and selective garbage collection system are also planned, in addition to the existence of a garbage room and washing tank on the floors. The facades will be covered with laminated and reflective glass, which reduces the entry of heat into the environment, ensures thermal comfort and generates savings in the air conditioning system.
